MagnaLoc Pads–From the time we have all the information needed for the order, delivery typically takes 4-8 weeks, though actual timelines may vary.

Adding the Production Rush Option ($30.00) reduces delivery time roughly in half. Let us know when you need delivery by, and we will notify you if we cannot accommodate your request or refund the $30.00 rush charge if your order doesn’t arrive on time.
Over the years we’ve successfully developed safeguards to make sure this is doesn’t happen, but if it does, and the mistake is ours, we will remake the pad and redeliver at no charge to you. If the mistake is yours, we will remake the pads at a reduced price, plus shipping.
Manufacturer Warranty: We will repair or replace, at our option, any section (or sections) of your pad that arrives with defects in materials or workmanship or with shipping damage without any charge. Table Pad Store will assume shipping and handling charges. You must notify us within 45 days of delivery and provide photographs to be eligible for repair or replacement under the Manufacturer Warranty.
Optional No-Fault Warranty: The No-Fault Warranty ($30.00) extends the Manufacturer’s Warranty and covers accidental damages such as burns, tears, crushes, stains, rips, and dents. Damaged piece(s) will be repaired or replaced (at factory’s discretion) at no charge to you. You will be responsible for shipping pad piece(s) to and from the factory. The No-Fault Warranty is non-transferrable and is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase.

Since each pad is custom made and has no resale value we do not exchange or give refunds after a pad has entered production. There are no returns or exchanges for color selection. Factory defects and shipping damage are covered by our Manufacturer Warranty.

If you need to leave the pads on the surface for extended periods, we recommend that you remove them for a day, every couple weeks, so that your finish can breathe, and moisture doesn’t build up.
Ideally, the pads should be stored flat in the main living space in the house (basements and attics should be avoided). Otherwise, if you store them vertically, keep them as straight (not on an angle) as possible. Perhaps rest something against them to keep them vertical.
